My business follows the standard business week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
- All day counts use only standard business days and do not include weekend days or Christmas, Easter, or New Year’s Eve or Day.
Standard Working Hours:
I am on the West Coast, anything arriving after 9 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) (6 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST)), and the “clock” will start on them at 11 a.m. EST (8 a.m. PST) the next business day.
For example: You send a transcript to me Thursday night after 9 p.m. EST. It has a 72-hour (3-day) turn-around time. The first 24 hours would be from 8 a.m. Friday to 8 a.m. Saturday. The second 24-hour period would be from 8 a.m. Monday to 8 a.m. Tuesday. The final 24-hour period would be from 8 a.m. Tuesday to 8 a.m. Wednesday. These rules are to keep everyone on the same page as to when a document will be due.
The extended rate is for when it has to be done, but not tomorrow or even the next day. It is less expensive for you and helps balance my workload.

Follow Through
After your transcript is received, I will confirm the time that it was received. If any problems arise that will not allow me to finish the transcript as is (untranslated, excessive errors, etc.) I will contact you immediately. If an emergency on my end keeps me from being able to work on it at all, again, I will contact you immediately, return the document, and bill for only what I have completed.
Billing and Payment
New clients are billed after the document is completed and returned. I bill established clients on the 1st and the 15th of the month. Invoices are expected to be paid within 15 days, else a $10 late fee will be applied.
At this time I accept Zelle, PayPal, and checks.
